About Depression
Depression is a common but serious mood disorder that can sap you of energy, cause you to lose interest in activities that you once enjoyed, and lead to persistent sadness or lack of desire to participate in life.
It can be difficult to distinguish between general experiences of sadness and more serious depressive conditions, which is why it’s important to seek professional help if you notice marked negative changes in your mood.
