Addiction Recovery Groups
We're Here to help you recover from addiction
Our DBT-Informed Recovery Group is an Evidence-Based treatment that effectively treats Substance Abuse/other Process Addictions while simultaneously addressing other complex problems related to emotion dysregulation, including high risk behaviors, impulsivity, avoidance, depression, and anxiety.
Practical Strategies and skills
Clients will learn effective strategies for regulating emotions and coping with urges and cravings without returning to substances. Clients will also learn the standard DBT skills of mindfulness, emotion regulation, distress tolerance and interpersonal effectiveness and have the time to process their experiences in a safe, supportive and confidential environment via Telehealth.
Our Additional Counseling & Therapy Groups
DBT Skills Groups are group therapy sessions that teach individuals skills from dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), an evidence-based treatment for a variety of mental health conditions. These groups provide a supportive, collaborative and educational environment to help participants gain insight into their own emotions and behaviors.

Emotion Fitness Program
Emotion fitness program groups are groups that focus on teaching individuals techniques and strategies for managing and regulating their emotions. These groups are led by trained counselors.
