The EFP Group is ideal for individuals struggling with anxiety, feelings of depression, relational issues, difficulty with emotional experiences, and more.

With a combination of psychotherapy and DBT skills work, the Emotion Fitness Program (EFP) Group is considered a lower-intensity alternative to DBT without the full commitment of the DBT program.

There are many different methods and exercises that are used in the EFP Group, such as DBT, Buddhist philosophies and Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) that will help to develop these five core areas:

The Professional Series is designed to help individuals make meaningful changes in their lives. The group will utilize a variety of techniques.
