Jenn Ross

Individual Therapy, LGBTQ Counseling

Jenn is a Licensed Graduate Social Worker that teens, millennials, and members of the LGBTQ community trust to help them work through anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, and manage life and relational stressors. She earned her graduate degree in Social Work from Catholic University of America.

She believes the tools essential for healing lie deep within us and that sometimes we need to partner with a change agent who can help us access what’s already there and skillfully build upon it. Transformation begins at the core of not only who we are but the vision of who we’d like to become. This philosophy, along with her passion for inclusivity and cultural competency, is the foundation for her approach to insight building, healing, and change.

Featuring after work and school hours, a warm, non-judgmental virtual space, Jenn’s therapeutic approach incorporates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), and Psychodynamic Theory (Attachment Theory).
