Private Practice Opportunities
For those aspiring to go into Private Practice, or those already in Private Practice, we are offering our Back Office Service. Our Back Office Service provides all of the administrative and marketing functions needed to run a private practice, enabling you to do what you enjoy the most – providing psychotherapy to your clients. Our Back Office Service provides client referrals, all billing, full time phone reception, use of our electronic medical records, physical office space (if needed), option to join one of our consultation teams, invitations to optional trainings and social events, access to clinical resources, extensive marketing, peer mentorship, and much more. In addition, you will have the benefit of being part of a community so that you are not practicing in isolation.
As a contracting relationship, you have complete autonomy over the size of your caseload, hours/days you work, fee structure and all other aspects of a private practice. Candidates will have a similar set of values to the mission of the Counseling Center Group. A passion for relatively short-term, evidence-based treatment to make a difference in the lives of clients.
Requirements:
- Maintain work standards to match our mission, providing evidence-based treatments to the community at the highest possible standard.
- Candidates must be fully licensed (employment opportunities are available for those that are not fully licensed) in a state we are currently operating in OR a state that is in an area of growth we are considering.
- Must have excellence in clinical skills with a proven track record.
