Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) is provided at our Manhattan, NY, office. This includes individual therapy, skills groups, CBT, Couples Therapy, and Family Therapy. (Therapy is for all ages.)

DBT is available only online and provided to adherence. Our clinicians are intensively trained in DBT. Meetings are available by appointment only.

    Cancellation Policy

    Individual & Couples Counseling

    Please give at least 48 hours advanced notice prior to the scheduled session. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in a fee.

    Group Therapy

    We keep our groups small and reserve treatment space based on the size of the group. Therefore, fees for group therapy are charged whether or not a client attends. As a courtesy to other group members, clients should make every effort to communicate any planned or unplanned absences with the group leader(s).

    Inclement Weather

    If the therapist decides to cancel your session due to inclement weather, you will be notified of the change via email, phone, or text.
