Marjorie Kreppel, LCPC, Founder

Marjorie founded the Counseling Center Group in 2015 after years of academic study, gold-standard training, and experience in private practice, hospital settings, and clinical research initiatives. She has developed an expertise in helping people regulate their emotional experiences using thoroughly researched therapeutic methods that yield noticeable and relatively quick results. Marjorie’s vision for the Counseling Center Group has come to fruition in that she’s recruited a team of therapists who are experts in their chosen therapeutic approaches. These therapists are constantly training to hone their skills and exploring the most cutting-edge advances in the mental health field. After working with hundreds of individuals, couples, and families, Marjorie has shifted her focus to supervising and training the therapists on her team, providing client support, and running a wide array of group therapy sessions. She is doubling down on her commitment to therapeutic excellence, confident that she can have a positive impact on more people by passing on her passion and skills to other therapists. Marjorie received a BS in business management (psychology concentration) from Rochester Institute of Technology and an MA in clinical mental health counseling from Marymount University.
