Supporting You in Finding Clarity, Balance, and Real Change — Right Here in Brooklyn, New York

At our therapy practice, we’re here to help you make sense of your thoughts, emotions, and experiences—so you can live a more connected and fulfilling life.

Our team of compassionate therapists and counselors offer a warm, welcoming space where you can speak openly and feel truly heard—free from judgment, pressure, or expectations.

We specialize in helping you better understand your emotional world and build the tools you need to cope and grow.  Through personalized DBT and CBT therapy—two highly effective, evidence-based approaches—we tailor treatment to your unique goals so you can see meaningful progress without long-term therapy.

Whether you’re navigating anxiety, relationship challenges, or major life transitions, we’re here to walk alongside you. From individuals to couples to families, we’re proud to support our Brooklyn community with care that transforms.

Services at our Brooklyn Based Location

Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)

Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) offers more than symptom relief—it’s a proven path toward emotional balance, stronger relationships, and a life that feels more in control.

Our Brooklyn-based DBT therapists will guide you through essential skills like emotion regulation, distress tolerance, mindfulness, and interpersonal effectiveness. These techniques help you reduce stress, manage emotions, set healthy boundaries, and communicate more clearly.

We focus on helping you understand what you’re feeling and why—so you can respond in healthier, more intentional ways. With weekly individual sessions, skills training groups, and phone coaching, you’ll gain the tools to shift unhelpful behaviors and build a life that reflects your values.

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)

Understand how your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors are deeply connected. When negative thinking patterns take hold, they can shape how you feel and act—often leading to anxiety, depression, stress, or low self-esteem.

CBT works by identifying these unhelpful thought patterns and challenging them. With the help of our Brooklyn-based CBT therapists, you’ll learn how to reframe distorted thinking, shift your mindset, and develop healthier behaviors that lead to real change.

CBT is goal-oriented and practical. It focuses on the here and now—what’s going on in your life today, and how you can make it better. You’ll learn problem-solving skills, coping strategies, and tools to manage emotional challenges in everyday situations.

Gottman Couples Therapy

The Gottman Method is a form of couples therapy that was developed by Drs. John and Julie Gottman based on over 40 years of research on what makes relationships work.  It focuses on emotionally supportive communication and understanding each partner’s needs in order to foster a healthy relationship.

Gottman Method Couples Therapy helps partners improve communication, navigate conflict, and rebuild emotional connection. Our Brooklyn-based therapists use evidence-based tools to guide you in strengthening trust, intimacy, and understanding—so your relationship can truly thrive.
