Caroline specializes in treating symptoms related to anxiety, depression, trauma, complex trauma, and burnout, helping clients build resilience and develop effective coping strategies. She earned her Master’s degree and Certificate of Advanced Study from Harvard, after which she worked as a school counselor for three years.
Caroline has formal training in trauma-informed care, mindfulness-based practices, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) (trained by Behavioral Tech), Child-Centered Play Therapy, and Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART).
