Dallas is dedicated to supporting clients through the complexities of life with warmth and empathy. Understanding that opening up can feel challenging, he strives to create a welcoming, nonjudgmental environment where clients feel empowered to show up as their authentic selves.

He works with adolescents and adults navigating trauma, anxiety, self-esteem challenges, life transitions, and relationship concerns. Dallas supports individuals engaged in self-discovery and personal growth, as well as those managing mood-related challenges. He is also interested in working with disordered eating patterns that are connected to anxiety and mood concerns.

Dallas tailors an integrative, evidence-based approach to each individual, fostering insight, resilience, and lasting change. His therapeutic work is grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and incorporates skills from Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). He is committed to providing culturally sensitive care and building authentic, collaborative therapeutic relationships.

Outside of his clinical work, Dallas enjoys cooking for his family and friends, playing tennis, coaching wrestling, and traveling to new cities.
