As a therapist who deeply values your inner world, Oxana helps individuals and couples build deeper, more fulfilling relationships and find greater meaning in their lives by working with emotional wounds and recurring patterns that may show up as anxiety, repetitive thoughts, or distressing dreams and fantasies.
Many of Oxana’s clients come to her feeling stuck, disconnected, struggling with intimacy, or longing for something more. Her depth-oriented approach weaves together Imago Therapy to foster meaningful connection in relationships, Jungian Psychology to explore the unconscious through dreams, fantasies, and symbols, and Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) to gently resolve trauma, relational wounds, and limiting inner images. She also integrates somatic practices—such as breath work, improvisation, and play—to support emotional and physical integration. Through this holistic work, Oxana helps clients deepen their relationships, restore inner coherence, and reignite their zest for life.
Oxana holds a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and has studied with world-renowned teachers, including the Hendricks Institute for emotional intelligence and somatic practices, esteemed Jungian analysts for analytical psychology, and the Conscious Leadership Group for leadership development. In her work with intimacy and sexuality, she draws inspiration from Tammy Nelson, Esther Perel, Terry Real, and Jack Morin, integrating their
insights into desire, attachment, and relational dynamics.
Oxana also holds a degree in East Asian Studies, specializing in Chinese traditions, language, and philosophy. Outside of her professional work, she enjoys writing, singing, oriental dance, and improv theater. She is the co-author of Shake It Up, a journal that invites readers to rediscover themselves through wonder, play, and body-mind adventures.
